The peavey was made by peerless before the chinese transfert. This one had the same pot than the peavey rockingham. I had planned to TV Jones this little beauty along with tuner upgrades, but in actuality, the tuners are fine and the pickups sound pretty darn good. It is among the very last Gretsch's made before the company was bought by Fender." The thing is, Peerless decided, hey, why not make the exact same guitar but rebranded? This guitar is in mint condition, comes with a hardshell case. Here's a quote I found on the G3131: "This guitar was used as a dealers promotional model to help stimulate sales. Apparently, this is the same guitar as a (Korean) Peerless made Gretsch prototype that never fully came to fruition, the G3131. So, there's a few references to this guitar on this forum and in a few other places online.
