The request limits you're subjected to do depend on where your requests originate from as we have dedicated infrastructure for certain geographical regions. The difference being if you go over the soft limit your request to our servers will still be answered (with a warning status code) where as if you go over the hard limit the request will be denied. That means every customer free or paid enjoys the same level of reliable service and access to our features.
